ABOUT ME

My name is Dani Mendell, and I am a student at Cornell University studying History of Art with minors in Business and Fine Arts.

I currently serve as the Creative Director of the Cornell Fashion Collective, where I have hands-on experience in fashion show production, including creative direction, music and set design, and event execution. Through this role, I’ve developed a strong interest in the intersection of fashion, art, culture, and live production events. Additionally, I gained experience through gallery and museum environments, further shaping my perspective on curation, exhibition design, and the presentation of art in public spaces.

ABOUT CFC

The Cornell Fashion Collective is a student-run organization that provides members of the Cornell community with an outlet to express creativity in fashion and fashion management. Each spring, our organization presents a professional runway show featuring the talent of students who both design apparel and manage the operations of the show. Our organization gives students, both undergraduate and graduate, the opportunity to practice design, demonstrate their talents, and learn how to produce a large-scale fashion event.

This organization is a registered student organization of Cornell University.
